booking with us


Q: What is your booking process?

Our booking process is completely online for accessiblity and convenience. Once you fill out our Contact Form, we will send over an email to confirm our availability, along with a link to a quote that you can adjust based on your preferences and budget. If you would like to schedule a call with us to walk through this process, let us know a good time and day for you and we’d be happy to help!

Once we send the quote, we put a temporary hold on your date for 7 days to give you time to review it, and once accepted with the initial payment, we will reserve your date. If you need more time to make a decision, simply shoot us an email and we will extend it for another 7 days. Please note that until the date is booked, we reserve the ability to accept other inquiries, and you will be notified if that happens! If we don’t hear back from you after the quote expires, we will cancel the quote and re-open your date.

Once reserved, you will then have access to an Online Portal, where you will have access to your invoices, contract, payment schedule and Wedding Questionnaire which you can reference at any time!


Q: What type of Payments do you accept?

A: We accept payments by Credit Card (via our Online Portal), ACH payments (direct from your bank account) or checks. For payments by check, you can make them payable to MobilBoheme.


Q: Do you require a deposit or booking fee?

A:  We highly encourage couples to book at least 6-12 months before their wedding date to ensure our availability and take advantage of our payment plans! Below are our payment options:

  • 6-12 months:

    • 25% to Reserve your Date

    • 25% 30 days after signing

    • 50% due 2 Weeks before your Wedding Day (smaller payments can be made at your discretion until the Due Date)

  • 2-5 months:

    • 50% to Reserve your Date

    • 50% due 2 Weeks before your Wedding Day (smaller payments can be made at your discretion until the due date)

  • Last-minute Bookings (within 1 month)

    • Full Package Total due at Signing

Q: Do you offer discounts for military/public service personnel?

A: As a Thank You for your service, we do offer a $150 discount for any of our Wedding Packages. Please provide proof of active military or service upon contacting us!

Q: What if we need to reschedule or cancel our booking?

A:    Our rates are non-refundable, but can be transferred if the wedding is rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, please email us at info@mobilboheme.com. We strongly encourage open communication with us on potential rescheduling dates and we will also do our part to let you know what dates we have available.

q: is there a rescheduling fee?

A: We understand that sometimes even the best laid plans may not always go the way you intended. No, we do not charge a rescheduling fee!

 
 
 
 

 OUR PACKAGES

Q: What is the difference between a reel and a crafted wedding film?

A: Our reels are videos optimized for sharing across social media platforms, which offers a quick recap of the wedding day.

Our Crafted Wedding Films average between 5-7 minutes that features key highlights of your day, from getting ready all the way to your grand exit. We use audio clips from your Ceremony, Toasts, and other noteworthy moments from your wedding day to build a story. The first portion of the film focuses on the wedding details, and the “getting ready” portion of the day, leading up to the ceremony. The second half includes highlights of the main events from the Reception, as well as some dancing footage.

Q: WHAT ARE “Wedding CHAPTERs”?

A: Our Chapters are a full-length video/series of videos that are shot documentary-style (think of a traditional wedding video) to capture the events just as they happened in real time. Each event is it’s own video, which can be played in sequence (anywhere from 30-90 minutes). Here is a list of what they are and what to expect with them:

Pre-Ceremony Chapter: The Pre-Ceremony Chapter will include important moments before your Ceremony, including First Looks (eg: father of the bride, bridesmaids, groom), Letter-Readings, Blessings, and special gift exchanges.

Ceremony Chapter- Your ceremony will be captured from start to finish with 3 camera angles. Audio will be captured with a mic on the groom and on the officiant, as well as a backup mic that can be plugged into a sound system, if available.

Reception Formalities Chapter - The Formalities Formalities Chapter will capture all the main events of your reception. Events include but are not limited to: Grand Entrance, First Dance, Father-Daughter Dance, Groom-Mother Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet/Garter Tosses, Last Dance, Grand Exit, etc.

Toasts Chapter- The Toasts during your reception will be captured in their entirety. Each toast will be separated by each speaker. Audio will be captured through your DJ’s sound board, or through the speakers.

Rehearsal Dinner Chapter- The Rehearsal Dinner Chapter includes full coverage of your Rehearsal Dinner. Any toasts given during your dinner will be captured from start to finish. This Chapter will also include a 3-5 minute highlight video of your evening!

Well-Wishing Chapter- The Well-Wishing Chapter will be captured primarily during your Cocktail Hour (right after the Family Photos) and throughout your Reception with a one-camera setup. This will allow your guests to say something in front of the camera for you, like a Video Guestbook! These clips are then compiled together for you to enjoy!

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR VIDEOS?

A: We pride ourselves in being the primary videographers AND editors for your wedding film. While many videography companies hire out their work to third-party companies in order to achieve quicker turn-around times, we take on each and every wedding film as if it were our own. With that being said, our video turn-around time varies depending on the type of package you choose, and if your wedding falls during our peak seasons (typically Spring and Fall).

  • The 1-minute preview will be available on or around 1-2 months after your Wedding Day. We post this on our Youtube Channel to make it easier to share, and can also provide a download link upon request.

  • Our goal is to deliver our Highlight Packages around 8-12 weeks after your Teaser is released, but may take up to 12-16 weeks during peak wedding seasons. Larger packages may take longer due to the nature of compiling the footage, but we try our best to turn around our films as quickly as possible without compromising quality of the final product. If you are concerned about the turn-around time, or want to check in on the status of your package, feel free to contact us at any time and we would be happy to update you on the latest status of your film!

Q: Do you offer photo and video packages?

 TRAVEL

Q: HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

A: We typically do not charge any extra travel fees if the wedding venue is within 1-2 hours from New Braunfels. For weddings outside our travel range, we do charge a $150 travel fee within Texas, and additional fees if the wedding requires overnight stay. If you are planning a wedding outside of Texas, contact us at info@mobilboheme.com with details on your wedding plans, and we will give you an estimate for travel costs.

Q: HOW FAR in advance do i need to book my destination wedding?

A: The sooner, the better! We recommend booking your wedding at least 3 months in advance to enable to us to find the necessary flights, rentals and accommodations at the best rate. Our Destination packages include a Per Diem rate to cover airfare + food + rental car + accommodations for 2 people at a minimum of 3 days, and 2 nights.

Q: Our wedding will have events spread out over multiple days. does your Destination rates include multi-day weddings?

A: Our Wedding Packages are designed to offer full-wedding day coverage with consecutive hours, however, if your wedding has events in the evenings over the course of a few days, this would qualify your wedding as a Destination Wedding because it will most-likely require overnight stay. Feel free to contact us for a custom quote based on your specific itinerary!

Q: we would like you to cover our rehearsal dinner that is the night before our wedding. do you charge extra travel fees to cover this?

A: It depends on the rehearsal dinner location and itinerary. If overnight stay is required, we will quote any additional travel costs at booking.
